I'm 33, a licensed counselor in a community mental health center for 7 years. I'm also working on 2 certifications now- DBT therapist for adults and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for kids. I LOVE to learn :-)

I've been overweight 90% of my life, there was a 6 month period of time where I was "thin" and haven't seen it since. Trying to find it again :) I really struggle with exercise.

Current Status:
TIFALVA Wrote out entire carb cycling plan. Makes so much more sense now!!! It will now be MUCH easier to meal plan.

My Goals:
Control my asthma.

Lose 100-120 pounds.

Lose my 5% in 8 weeks (13.6 pounds).

Continue to not drink pop.

Get back on track with my healthy eating.

Find way to move a little every day in some form.

My Program:
It's time for the Fall 5% Challenge!
Here are my commitments:
* follow Carb Cycling plan, eating 5 mini meals every 3 hours each day

* drink 8 bottles of water per day.

* 30 minutes of cardio "shredders" 6 days per week

* complete strength training "shapers" every other day for 10 minutes

* pre cook/ pack all meals night before

Personal Information:
I'm 33 live in North West Pa with my husband of 5 years.
No kids, 2 cats.
Love to crochet, draw, and read.
My husband is an avid sports fan so I've had to adapt and am now a NY Mets fan. Been a life long fan of the Oakland Raiders though. LOVE football :-)

Other Information:
I'm a sucker for romance novels, The Twilight series, Hunger Games series and Sookie Stackhouse series.

My favorite quote: "Forget regret or life is your's to miss." From one of my favorite movies, Rent.

I hope you're starting this 5% Challenge off with a bang, Clover! Keep pushing, remain positive & keep on logging those fitness & water points so we can land this plane in due time!
