It is a time to start fresh and make lasting changes; which is EXACTLY what I plan on doing!

I've been having a very rough start to my year with medical concerns and changes at work that's creating a lot of stress. I haven't quit yet (even though I may not workout for chunks of time) I try to stay on track with at least one aspect. I refuse to give up. I might not be perfect in my journey but who is? It's about learning activating events, what works and what doesn't and how to find ...

My Goals:
Control my asthma.

Lose 100-120 pounds.

Lose my 5% in 8 weeks (13.6 pounds).

Work on limiting pop intake (1-2 week)

Start pre planning weekly or monthly for clean eating.

Complete my 30 minute 21 Day Fix and/or Hip Hop Abs workouts everyday

My Program:
It's time for the Summer 5% Challenge!

Here are my commitments:
* follow the 21 Day Fix plan with clean eating each day using the containers for proper portion control.

* drink 8 bottles of water per day for a total of one gallon of water each day.

* complete all videos daily from the 21 Day Fix program.

* pre cook/ pack all meals night before

Personal Information:
I'm 34 and live in North West Pa with my husband of 6 years.
No kids, 2 cats.
Love to crochet, draw, and read.
My husband is an avid sports fan so I've had to adapt and am now a NY Mets fan. Been a life long fan of the Oakland Raiders though. LOVE football :-)

Other Information:
I'm a sucker for romance novels, The Twilight series, Hunger Games series and Sookie Stackhouse series.
