What started out earlier this year as a health initiative at work, has since spiraled into a full blown lifestyle change. Now 30 pounds lighter, almost a third of the way to my goal, and one 10 mile race down - I'm taking a new approach to a change in perspective, goals, and my relationship with food and fitness.

My Goals:
- 13.1 in 2013
- 26.2 in 2014
- Tower of Terror 10 miler with a 13 minute mile
- 30 minute 5k
- Increase my social activity
- get up early enough to get in a quick run 4 days a week
- continue my healthy eating streak!

My Program:
To prepare for my 13.1 I am using the Galloway run-walk method and following the Run Disney training program.

I've spent the last 6 months on WW and now have a healthy foundation to track on my own.
