Low glycemic and yeast free!
I have struggled with keeping my weight in check and obsessed about it for as long as I can remember. I love working out cardio, weight lifting, running outside. Trying to heal my inside love myself no matter what size and take care of myself. Currently seeing a naturopath to sort out some food intolerances and treat candida. So far dairy allergy for sure.

My Goals:
Eat yeast-free and low glycemic. Eat when I am hungry. Waist 28, navel 29, hips 35-36 Practice Push-ups Learn to do a pull-up Able to do knees to elbows = able to hold a hang on bar for 3 minutes.
My Program:
Eliminating sugar whenever possible so that I don't feel "desperation hunger." Choose well when eating out. Exercise is the easy part for me Crossfit tuesdays and thursdays, running monday, wednesdays, fridays. Elliptical on recovery days within my limits. Clean eating when hungry. Eating slower and more fresh fruit and veggies the better.

I am married and work full time as a physiotherapist assistant.
Other Information:
I am starting to realize that you have to work on all of your self not just eating, or just exercise or just wellbeing it all works togeter and I am worth taking care of.
