I'm making steady progress. I wish I had more time to read and write posts to share my success. I really appreciate others who post because it really helps to not feel "alone" during this process.
I've managed to stay on track, despite the start of school and busy schedules. With school, band practice, football games, gymnastics, and work, I have to work harder at planning healthy meals. I am still determined to reach my ideal weight and live a healthier lifestyle. I have finally accepted that I didn't gain the weight overnight and I shouldn't expect to lose it overnight.
