I'm Tiara, a woman on a mission. For the past couple years, I've always been interested in how I could become healthier, but didn't really know how to truly get what I wanted and needed out of it. I'm here not only to lose some weight, but also to learn how to be more active and live a healthier lifestyle. The community here is AMAZING. With all the support available, I feel like there is no way I won't achieve my goals. This is the first step of many to come towards becoming a healthier me. :)
