My Goals:
Cardio 2 times per week minimum.
Weights 2 times per week.
I already drink LOTS of water.
Fruits & veggies EVERY day.

Build my endurance, strengthen my core & arms, shrink my thighs, gut and butt.

My Program:
I''d been doing both cardio & weight training on my own for 8 weeks and am now rocking SP. I''m using the Biggest Loser work out DVD and think it is wonderful (I highly recommend it to anyone just starting out). I''m also taking long walks because I will be training for the Breast Cancer 3 Day Walk next year to honor the memory of my Aunt Wendy who passed in June.

Personal Information:
Like I said, I''m a massage therapist and I love my job. I would like more strength for it though and I do get back aches from a weak core.

I love camping, photography and (dare I say it) reality shows such as; Workout, Americas Next Top Model and Project Runway.

Hi Tiana, I saw your SeaWorld pic, I went there a few years ago, unfortunately I wasn't 21 so I had to just sit there while my future husband enjoyed the free beer at the Budweiser place there! Congrats on the 3 lbs, maybe your partner will be inspired sooner or later! See ya around tight n toned!
