I am back after 2 years.

I was part of this community about 2 years ago, but lost my motivation. I regained the 30 pounds I had lost, and lost them again about 4 months ago, but again my motivation is hard to keep up. So here I am hoping to stay motivated, and looking for some support.

and encouragement here, as well as many “cyber” friends. emoticon

Also there is lots of useful information to help guide you on your emoticon loss journey, the nutrition pages, to chart your meals, emoticon and watch your calories as well as helping you to eat a healthy diet, you can also monitor your exercises emoticon and lets not forget the emoticon weigh in page were you can chart your progress emoticon

Join a team or two, were you will always have people to “talk” to, fun games, friendly competitions and challenges.

I'm kind of a newbie too (well… re-sparking too after gaining what I previously lose)

Make sure to log your exercise and food intake and to join "DONE being the fat girl" team (...it's a very supportive team).
