Steppin' Up My Game
I used Spark People about 2 years ago to help teach myself how to make good food choices and portion sizes and really liked it- it looks like the site has made quite a few exciting improvements since then! I used to play sports and exercise regularly...then I graduated. It's difficult to find time in my day when I also have energy to workout. I'm out of my groove, and the hardest part for me is to start...so this along with a new approach to working out will hopefully help me find a schedule ...

My Goals:
1) Lose @ 10 pounds. 2) Tone my arms & abs. 3) Embrace Cardio. 4) Make healthy food choices.
My Program:
1) Pack my lunch at least 3, hopefully 4 times a week. 2) Join a gym with a friend and make workout dates with her (so I won't talk myself out of going when I don't want to!). 3) Walk the dog at least every other day in the neighborhood. 4) Do nightly crunches and/or arm free weights while watching TV.
