I have lost weight before but have always managed to find it along with some of it's friends and relatives. I know that it will be harder this time because there is so much more to lose and I'm older but I'm determined to age in a healthy way.

My Goals:
I want to lose 105 pounds and am prepared for it to take as long as it takes.

Below 200 pounds - done!
Below 180 pounds (the weight I reached the last time I lost weight)
Below 175 (my weight at my 6 wk check up after my 21 yr old son was born)
Below 167 (my "high" weight before my pregnancies)
Below 158 (officially not obese according to BMI)
Below 148 (my high weight in my 20's)
Below 132 (BMI "normal" weight)
Below 124 (my previous low weight)

My Program:
I'm using a combination of SPARK and Weight Watchers.

I have recently started a class called "The Hunger Within" with Marilyn Migliore who wrote a book by that name. She is a Social Worker and a nutritionist. The goal of the class is to discover scripts that cause our behaviors and emotions surrounding eating and work to create new scripts.

Thanks for reading my blog! I know, my husband really is my biggest supporter. I think he just can't believe I used to look like that -- in his eyes, I hadn't changed! I had no idea this particular post would be anything more than one more entry in my 100+. I kind of regret making him sound so bad to so many people. I'm going to try to be nicer about him. Lesson learned!
