Hello, I'm a 19 almost 20 year old that is currently in college trying to keep off the college weight soo many people gain while in college. My goal is to get down to the weight I was in high school. I've started working out 4 days a week and it's going pretty well that I'm trying to get myself to work out even more. If I set a routine I will follow it. I'm trying to find ways to eat healthier.
