I would like to lose the extra weight and KEEP IT OFF (this time). My body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit - now it's time to act like I know that!!!!!
I'm trying to enter all my food for the day in the morning. I print it out and keep it with me. I often time change it - but I run it through the tracker and make sure I am in the guidelines of cal., fat, calcium, protein,carbs and fiber. I did WW for years - so I'm good at getting the fiber in.
