    Hey buddy! Just stopping by to see how you are doing. Doing ok here. Not great but not terrible either. Rainy, yucky weather is making exercise difficult as the blah weather sucks my motivation. But I've gotten at least 10 minutes a day & will definitely do at least 30 this evening. Hope you're doing well!

    Thanks so much for the great exercise suggestions. I keep hearing about zumba - I need to check it out for sure! I joined a walking challenge on the Goonies team and that will get me through November. Then probably will do the winter 5% challenge & look into zumba. A few new exercise dvds is a lot cheaper than a big piece of cardio equipment! Hope you're doing well. Look forward to hearing how your goals are coming along.... :-)

    I had an alright day yesterday. I'm struggling because I haven't chosen a new fitness goal yet other than to get 1000 miutes for November. I did the Trick or Trot 5K & need something to replace it. I find my motivation to exercise flagging...... emoticon
