Found your page thru a message you posted on 10 lbs and under. I am trying to lose about 8, not sure if I could maintain anything under that. Congrats on loss! Cute outfits in pics!

I don't mind at all that you're my friend! Running is a crazy thing--I really believe you're either a runner or you're not. I also started out several years ago *trying* to run (I am not a natural runner, it took work)...was up to 3 miles and then quit...this time, I've managed to stick with it. It helps to pick races or talk to fellow runners so I don't lose motivation.

Keep up the good work! You're so close to your goal...then it gets easier...or at least I think it does! :)
