FINDING MY WAY

I know what to do to take the excess weight off, for me it seems to always come down to just doing what I know consistently by keeping myself at the top of my priority list. I have to figure out why I have not been able to do that. This journey is about doing just that for me.

My Goals:
1. To eat for physical not emotional hunger.
2. To make movement and strength training a regular part of my life (5-6 days a week).
3. Practice mindfulness.
4. Get my weight at a healthy weight.

My Program:
I will stay within a healthy caloric range for me to lose weight.

I will do strength training for 8 mins 6 days a week. Each day working out a certain part of my body.

I will get 7-8 hours sleep each night.

I will practice living mindfully being aware of my thoughts, my eating habits and my body.

I will cultivate my relationships and surround myself with positive, loving and nurturing individuals.
