Thrivingmom Gets Fit

I had 3 babies back to back and now I'm read to slim down and tone up. I'm quite flabby at the moment. My goal is to not just lose weight, but to improve my tone, stamina, and overall physical health.

My Goals:
I want to be a size 6 again.

My Program:
I just finished the 30 Day Shred. Now I'm going to alternate doing Jillian's BFBM and NMTZ videos every other day 6 days a week and on the 7th day I'll do her Yoga Meltdown. I'm also starting to eat healthier and trying my best to stick with a 1600 calorie a day diet.
