I am a 23 year old part time college student, that comes from a big family. I have trouble keeping a diet and exercise plan and have trouble staying motivated, i hope by having a program like this i can achieve my goal. I haven't been at my weight goal for probably 7 years. I have been living like this for long enough, and its time to change.

Awesome about your first 7 mile run!!! I just started running myself and have a marathon planned for May 6th. Are you following a plan? I am doing Hal Higdon's. I ran a 10 mile race yesterday in the cold, rain and slippery streets of a small town in Wisconsin.
Good luck to you!! Keep posting about your daily runs. It is really nice to get the support from other like minded people!!
