My Goals:
I just want to feel better. Having this extra weight makes me feel so old. My grandaughter was chasing me yesterday and my son said "Look, did you know grandma could run"? Well, I'll show him. He didn't know that he was challenging me. I will never forget how good I felt when I had the weight off like my photo shows. I want that again.
My Program:
I am eating healthy. Organics, fresh not processed. Trying, trying, trying, to stay off of the sugar! More water, fruits, vegetables, and fish. I am trying to find an exercise that I like too. That's the kicker, I hate to exercise. I want to love it. But I dont.....
Personal Information:
I live in the country in a farmhouse with my husband of 35 years. We have three children and four granchildren, two dogs, two horses and a pony, 12 chickens and a few cats in the barn. I own a small yarn shop on our place and my husband is a self employed concrete contractor. We are happy and blessed by God! He is so good to us!
