Keith and I began February 2012.

April and May were planned "rest stops" in our efforts to learn to live healthy. Due to the knowledge we've learned here, Keith and I continued to make better choices while adding back a few of the things we were fond of.

Today we are re-igniting our weight loss goals. As of June 16, I'm maintaing that 19 pound weight loss recorded on March 22. Keith has maintained his as well. We will follow the same routine we did at the beginning; closely adhering to a stuctured plan for 2 months, then maintain for 2 months.

We plan on being 20 pounds lighter by August 16, and feeling even better than now.

Personal Information:
When I started my job I weighed 212 lbs. At that time I was 32lbs. over weight. I should be 180 or less.

Since starting to work where pizza and donuts are made, I have packed on an additional 44 lbs.

I have 76 pounds to lose.

That's 6, 11.63lb. bags of pizza flour.

or

3 1/2, 20 lb. boxes of whole mozzarella.

or

3 1/2, 23lb. buckets of donut glaze.

Definitely a mishmosh of all of it!
