Fat No More!
Hi! I'm a 30 year old work at home mom who is not new to losing weight. Seems I've tried so many times and have just given up. Not this time though! I've been "big" my entire life, topping 285lbs at 16 years old, only to drop to about 225lbs and stay there for many years. I realized a few weeks ago that I was there again and that's not cool. I've been "big" my entire life, topping 285lbs at 16 years old, only to drop to about 225lbs and stay there for many years. I realized a few weeks ago that I was there again and that's not cool. So here I am and this time, I'm saying "Fat No More!" I do have RA so my options (at my current size) are extremely limited for fitness. It's untreated at the moment so that only aggravates it.

My Goals:
My wedding date is May 10, 2014. I don't want to walk down the aisle at 285lbs...so that's my first one...be thinner for my wedding date..lol. Eventually, I want to finish a 5k race. When I can run a 5k and not keel over dead from a heart attack, I'll know I did it. :)
My Program:
Eating better and for right now, walking on the treadmill each day. Once I drop some of the weight on my joints, I can add in other fitness things.
