2016:

Short Term

-I will lose 4 lbs a month.

- I will do at least 10 minutes of activity every day

Long term

- I will lose 50 lbs this year.

- I will accomplish the financial goals I have set this year.

My Program:
- Staying within my calorie range most of the time despite how difficult that can be at times.

- Kicking up the exercise this year but making it more fun. Increasing my activity level as well.

- Using all of the tools that Sparkpeople has to offer. Reading and utilizing the information on this site.

Other Information:
I have varied interests. I am an animal lover. I like reading at night, hanging out with friends and learning new things. I travel and have been all over the world

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I had 16 glasses of water and 3 big mugs of tea yesterday. Not sure I could have drank more but I'm working on it today as it is happening again after lunch. My protein has been about the same but I probably can get in a bit more. Yesterday I had a high protein lunch (over 45 grams) and it still happened so not sure that is the issue.

It's weird because it's not like I have been spending the days before snacking all day as I have been trying to eat 3 meals after spending several days just eating 1 or 2 with a snack. Just going to keep plugging along. emoticon
