Losing Weight One Step At A time

I've been an overweight person almost my whole life and I now want to see how the skinny people live. I'm doing steps one at a time to change my life habits.

My Goals:
My current goal is to drink more than 8 glasses of water.

My Program:
I plan to ultimately, step by step, follow 5 diet rules to loose weight.

1. Drink lots of water
2.Cut out sugar!
3.Give up starches. (pasta, bread)
4.Eat more often (snow/snap peas, cherry tomatoes, cheese sticks, salt-free nuts.)
5.Excersize 4 times per week.
