My Goals:
~lose 46 pounds by January 2010 ~become a non-smoker ~exercise regularly ~increase my strength and endurance ~track my food and fitness
My Program:
~I'm tracking my food and fitness, which helps to keep me in the present moment so I can make better choices. ~I'm walking at least three times a week ~I'm integrating Yoga into my daily spiritual life
Personal Information:
I'm 40, and live in Southwestern Ontario with three teen age boys, my spousal unit, three cats and a dog. I'm pagan, a podcaster (see darklyfey.com ) and a student.
