Gonna lose thirty!

I go up and down with my weight and my thyroid issue don't help. But no matter what my challenges are, I must lose weight if I want to be healthy. I always used to be skinny until 8 years ago. I'm ready to be lighter again.

My Goals:
I want to live at a healthy weight and a healthy BMI. I want to eat healthy foods and only eat less healthy foods on special occasions. I want to cut red meat out of my diet except for once a week. I'd also like to add some regular ab exercises into my routine.

My Program:
Right now I'm on my treadmill and I'm doing physical therapy exercises to help me build strength back after surgery.

Other Information:
I'm starting to believe that stress makes me pack on the pounds. So, I have to lose the stress as well as the pounds!
