I agree with you on the controlled consumption bit. The past 3 weeks I've been doing this I still eat chocolate each day but do it very minimally. I'll have like 2 hershey's kisses when I have that sweet kick and I'm good for a bit. Today was bad, though, since I missed my snack. Not good! haha
