My Goals:
220 for New year's eve.


My Program:
I had baby # 2 Oct 1st by C- section. This was an unexpected pregnancy that came just as I had really started to get health focussed. Very eager to get working out-- Have about 20 pregnancy pounds to lose and then another 21 to meet my "before I turn 35" goal.
Not sure how to ease in after a c-section though..

Highest (non pregnant) -Oct '06 255

If I make 199 for the 35th b-day I am going on a cross boarder shopping spree/girls adventure.

I agree with you on the controlled consumption bit. The past 3 weeks I've been doing this I still eat chocolate each day but do it very minimally. I'll have like 2 hershey's kisses when I have that sweet kick and I'm good for a bit. Today was bad, though, since I missed my snack. Not good! haha

I see you have lost 15 pounds. Congrats on such a great achievement! I hope the journey is going well for you!
