My Goals:
My goal is to lose weight and be healthy. I am tired of looking the way I do and I am tired of feeling tired all the time. I hope to create a healthier lifestyle for myself and my family.

My Program:
I am watching what I eat and using the food tracker to make better food choices. I am also doing cardio and strength training to get in better shape.

Personal Information:
My name is Stacie. I have two children, a 10 yr old son and a 7 year old daughter. I am a stay-at-home mom now, and was formerly a special education teacher. I''m 39 years old.

Hey Stacie - Checking in to see how you are doing. After almost a year of trying half-heartedly, I am finally feeling energized and excited about exercise! (Food, on the other hand, is still a struggle.) Let me know if you're still around!

Stacie..It is great to hear from you!! I have to say I really miss my spark Buddies. Hopefully when the weather changes and we are inside (and home) more often we will be more in touch. Thank you for your comments on my spark page. It means alot. It has taken me almost 9 months to get as far as I have...and at least another 9 to go. I have found the real success is that I force my self to get up between 4:30-5:00 am almost every day and do a work out video. The only thing that gets me up to do it is that I see the scale move. Trust me I know how hard it is to take care of yourself and put alot of effort into your health when you have 2 young children. My son will be 7 the end of it took me almost 7 yrs to get there. Now that my kids are alittle more independent I am finding it easier to find that ME time that is needed to focus on my health. I like to think that I am doing it for them as much as for myself. So hang in there and don't give up. Soon your life ( and your kids) will get to that point.
