Hey girl- Hope you are doing well today. I finally just realized that I really have a choice... I can choose to be thin or choose to eat ice cream or chips or go over my calories for the day. Last night it was so easy to turn down ice cream. I just didn't want it more than I wanted to be thin.... Now THAT is thinking thin!
