Hi, my name is Kristin and I'm a stay at home mom of a 4 year old daughter and a 2 year old son. I have been happily married to their father for the past 6 years and have been blessed with the life that I have. The only problem is after having my children my body changed drastically!!! I am a practical person and know that I will never fit into the size 2 that I once was but would like to fit into pants that are in the single digits, maybe a 8 or 9!! I have tried many diets and have failed ...
Hi, my name is Kristin and I'm a stay at home mom of a 4 year old daughter and a 2 year old son. I have been happily married to their father for the past 6 years and have been blessed with the life that I have. The only problem is after having my children my body changed drastically!!! I am a practical person and know that I will never fit into the size 2 that I once was but would like to fit into pants that are in the single digits, maybe a 8 or 9!! I have tried many diets and have failed all of them, now I have realized diets arent going to help me, changing how I eat will. I dont want to be burdened with counting calories, I really dont have time to remember everything I have ate that day and what the calories were. My plan to reach my goal is to watch my portion size, to not deprive myself of the sweets I crave but to control how much I eat rather than not eat it at all and dwell the rest of the day over it and the next day give up and overindulge, and last to have a support team, thats why I signed up here to have help when I need it!!! My goal should be achieved by the end of April and boy, will I ever need support from anyone who has the support to give!!! God Bless and have a wonderful journey to your weight loss goal!!

How are you doing? Glad to see you're back on here. How often are you weighing? I would really recommend weighing only once a week. I think it really helps the yo-yo and you see more consistent results.

Hey girl-
Hope you are doing well today. I finally just realized that I really have a choice... I can choose to be thin or choose to eat ice cream or chips or go over my calories for the day. Last night it was so easy to turn down ice cream. I just didn't want it more than I wanted to be thin.... Now THAT is thinking thin!
