- putting my own needs last

- caring too much about what other people think
- relying on motivation - just do it, already!

I'm 39, and very happily married. I work full time, and at home I'm up to my elbows with a toddler, a teen, and two four legged kids, uh, dogs. Life's a wild ride and I'm sick of hiding from it behind unflattering clothes!
