I'm 39, and very happily married. I work full time, and at home I'm up to my elbows with a toddler, a teen, and two four legged kids, uh, dogs. Life's a wild ride and I'm sick of hiding from it behind unflattering clothes!

No problem, i just love that quote. Thankyou, yeah this time it feels different and it is a good place to come and get inspiration :)

I find it easier to look at it, otherwise it gets too daunting. Also if my rewards are something i really want then it gives me motivation hahaa :) Definitely do, it can help you get your motivation back if it is slipping. Also you can change them at will, if there is something you really want :)

Thank you for the comment on my blog.Yes, I did go to sleep the next day was somewhat better. I'm going to do my first 5 k in May in Glendale,Ky. Are you close enough to come? We could do it together. emoticon Good luck on you weight loss journey !!!

Very cool about your brother-in-law's brewing :) We've only just started homebrewing, but we've very excited about it.

I wouldn't mind testing them out either :P We're going to try a chocolate porter soon and split it into several smaller batches to play around with chocolate-ands... We're not sure which chocolate and whats exactly yet, but I'm looking forward to it!

HI!! Thank you so much for the comment on my "Blah" blog and for the friend add!!

I am so glad that blog was able to "give you something"...I LOVE it when I find a blog that gives me just what I need for whatever that day or week has brought me!! It's funny as I go through this whole weight loss period in my life that I look to and fro for inspiration and encouragment...and it's awesome that I can usually find something here on Spark...I am working hard to get to my goal weight this year so I can just maintain...but I've still got weight to loss so there is work ahead of me!! Nice to meet you, it will be nice sharing this journey with somebody else trying to make changes for the better!! :) Clarissa
