I hope it is okay that I added you as a friend. Our stats (height and starting weight) sound very similar. I have lost 30 pounds since September by counting my calories, logging every bite I have taken (good and bad) and with very little exercise (I need to work on this one). The weight has come off slowly but that is just fine with me since I don't feel like I am on a diet. I have just decided to make better choices, eat out less and eat real food. This I can live with!
