Hi,
Just wanted to update you and see how you are doing? I'm starting over for the second time! I originally started at 200 pounds lost 70 pounds. I did not keep it off. How do you keep it off once you have lost the weight?!!! Now I have started again at 179. I made my husband join me because he is very heavy. He lost 3 pounds first week. I lost 2 pounds the first week. I'm confident that I can loose the weight. I'm worried and not sure how to keep the weight off once I'm at goal weight. Does anyone have any advice? Currently I'm on summer vacation. I go back to work in September 13, 2010 teaching my second year of special ed. mixed preschool. I worry about staying on track & helping keep my husband on track during the school year. As well as having 3 young children. My boy is 11, a girl that is 4 and a baby that is 3 with special ed issues of her own. She is developmentally delayed due to not having me help her during her first year. I had breast cancer and was very sick from the Kimo therapy. Now I'm doing the LAUSD assessments for an IEP for her to get services. I'm very determined this time & know I can do it with planning!

How was vacation??
I'm doing great! It has been a week of ups and downs, but I'm settling in to make some goals for July.
I haven't heard of Dr. Ian's 4 day diet... but I tend to steer clear of anything with that 4 letter word...
