Hello, I heard about SP and thought I'd try it out. I've gotten really inactive over the past 5 yrs and LAZY. I never used to be this way and I have made a decision to change. I miss doing the activities I used to participate in.

I've gotten into playing video games. They pass the time and keep my hands busy. I set a timer and jump up after a half hour and do QFC's.

I HOPE YOU ARE FEELING BETTER TODAY! I have not exercised this week YET! I have only three days left and I made a goal of exercising three times this week.....hmmmmm.....so looks like Thurs., Fri., Sat. for me! :)

The setting up is actually new- I was just kind of winging it each day as to what I was going to do. The problem with that was I set myself up for the challenges, and they would all have the same rest day, and it drove me nuts, or all the games would have 30 or more minutes scheduled and there just weren't enough hours in the day. So as I am setting up the challenges I am Also setting things up so that I have 3 activities each day, C25K, or one of my 7 Wii workout games.

I am going to tell you what everyone was telling me when I was sick and recovering- listen to your body! I know it's hard, but if you are just getting over something then your body is probably still recovering. Do what you can, but don't beat yourself up if you aren't up to your normal standards. My first week back exercising I only managed about 2 hours, I usually do that in just over a day.

I am so glad that my comments help to keep you motivated! It means a lot to me that you check in regularly too. So far today has been a really good day. As the evening wears on I shall see how the eating goes, but I am hoping to keep it at least under 2000.
I feel like all I've done for the past 2 weeks is to whine because I have been sick, so sorry if it seems that way to you.
I hope that all is well with you and that the program you have set yourself on working for you.
I see you belong to the "Wii Exercise" team- how is that group? I have several Wii games and I really enjoy using them for my workouts, but I haven't really found a Wii group that looks like one that I would like, so finding one that someone else recommends would help me out!
