TA-DA! 60 minutes!! 30 doing intervals on the treadmill, 10 stretching, and - get this - 20 minutes walking OUTSIDE around the neighborhood....haven't done that since 2003.....THANKS for being such a great influence!
My first day back exercising was HORRID! I "jumped" back into exercise with the C25K, instead of something that would be a little "easier", and I think I about killed myself. It took me a week to get back to exercising the way I was used to.
Don't give up if it isn't as easy as you are used to, it will get better. Take care of yourself and listen to your body it will tell you when you are ready. Glad to hear the you are feeling up to starting your exercises again though! 1976 days ago
