Personal Information:
What came first the Chicken or the Egg? Am I fat becasue I'm depressed or am I depressed becasue I'm fat?

Either way, exercise is one of the cures to both my problems. Darn It!

Other Information:
Laughter is the best medicine....unless you have a bacterial infection, then you might want to try laughing after you swallow your antibiotics.

Thank you for the kind comment on my blog. I've never discussed my eating with anyone and it feels better bringing it up in front of a bunch of people I don't know- on the other side of a computer. I feel I'm in the right place to bring it up. I have so many questions. I'll keep reading and one day I'll have the courage to talk to someone about it.

After looking at your SparkPage, I realize you're a newbie!! Welcome to SparkPeople!! I hope you can get the motivation and support you need here- plus some laughter!

I've been on Medifast for about 9 weeks or so now. The past two have been a struggle, but I'm going to keep trying. I"m better than I would be if I wasn't on a plan!

I've added you as a friend so I can keep in touch and see how you're doing. Again, thanks for the comment! I really appreciate it!
