My Goals:
I want to run a mile, and I want to not look pregnant, and (most of all) I want to prove to myself that I can DO something!

My Program:
I'm currently doing Couch to 5k. In the past, I've obsessed over food, so I'm taking a break from trying to match my calories exactly. Instead I'm making small changes, and trying to overcome some disordered eating.

Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you. I will be popping in on the Weeks 1 - 3 training to help answer any questions that might pop up and to cheer you on to your goals! Be blessed! Be a runner!
