It's time to be true to myself.

My weight has bounced around a lot over the last decade. I have been a lean and fit 143 lbs, and I have been a considerably larger and miserable 220 lbs. I have wanted to straighten up and get healthy again for a while now, but have been lacking the tools and motivation to stick with it. Now I am finding that I'm surrounded by reasons I can't ignore. I have nephews that I want to play with, I have a 10 year reunion coming up, I have developed poor health and high blood pressure, and lets ...

I have nephews that I want to play with, I have a 10 year reunion coming up, I have developed poor health and high blood pressure, and lets face it... I want to be myself again. This isn't just something I 'want' anymore. I need to make these changes, and I won't lie. I'm terrified. But I'm not going to let that stop me this time.

My Goals:
I have more than 70 pounds to drop before I reach my final goal. I plan to stick to 5 and 10 pound goals to stay on track. I cannot wait to feel healthy and energized again!
