My Goals:
My first major goal is to totaly heal from my injuries and then lose 65 pds. Maybe more.
2. I want to look good in my uniform
3. I want to improve in my love life.
4. To become more in tune with my inner self.
5. To pass my departments PT TEST!
6. To ride in the Law Enforcement Ride.
7. To run the Marine Corps Marathlon.
I also have smaller goals. I want to lose 10 pds and drop a inch off my waist. Then when lose that I will start again with another 10 pds and another inch and so on and so on!

My Program:
My New and Improved Program is as follows.
1.Due to injuries in left wrist and right knee, I am going to take it slow and easy.
2.Everyday to use my new Bowflex at least 10 mins or more every day!
3.To stay within my limits on my nutrition numbers.
4.And to start riding my bike a little more!

My name is James. I don''t like sharing my email address with everyone, no offense just for personal & proffessional reasons. I am a Army veteran. I am from Fairfax, VA. And now I reside in Alexandria, VA. I am a Federal Police Officer for the Department of Defense. In my department I am a bike officer which gives me a serious advantage to get in shape and stay in shape.

Other Information:
I am a big fan of the Terminator Governor Arnold. To me even through I know it is all scripted, the WWE superstars are a big influence in my life. I just admire the hard work and dedication they put into modeling their bodys to perfection even through they are on the road all the time. My favorite WWE superstar is The Game Triple HHH. Plus I love their theme music they enter with. It gives the little extra boost when I am listening to it on my IPOD! My favorite books are ones that are written by Tom Clancy and Dean Koontz. My favorite quote is Mark Twain "It is not the size of the dog in a fight it is the size of the fight in the dog". I have completed in a 5k & 10k''s and when I recover I want to run a half marathon and then my all time goal is to run the Marine Corp Marathlon.

emoticon I am excited to be here! Learning to live healthy and be a better person. Thanks for being one of our fearless leaders! I joined the 10 minute fitness in order help me do at least 10 minutes a day (of Something?) I have already been doing 30-60 minutes during the weekdays, but I think I need a little kick on the weekends too. My treadmill will be repaired on Tuesday and I am thinking that would be a good little thing to do for 10 minutes on the weekends? Even though my health nut (P90X) son keeps telling me you have to rest, he works out 7 days a week! LOL!
