Welcome to the SBC SparkTeam!

Did you do the Wing Run this morning? I thought it was one of the best, personally. The weather was great, and my group got to take off first- No dodging slowpokes for 3 miles! And of course, free stuff. Haven't tried the Joint Juice or whatever that was. Someone in my office said it was expired. I'll still try it though.

Take care, and again, welcome! emoticon

Thanks for adding me as your spark friend...I need buddies! I am great about working out but it's just about a waste of time when it comes to fitting in my jeans because of my eating. I am committing to logging my food intake on the food tracker in here every day until I am down to 159...however long it takes! I'd really appreciate any help you can offer. Thanks in advance...~hugs, Lauren, aka alfa_sunshine emoticon

Hi there. Thanks for reading my post and sharing about your own journey learning to swim. I'm proud of you for wading out into the deep. Isn't it amazing how our kids can light a fire under us. Something about them believing in us so strongly makes us believe in ourselves. Congratulations on learning to swim.

We are also a military family, Navy in fact. We're stationed in Japan. What about you?

I wish you all the best as you get in your best shape possible.
Regards, Audri
