I actually have a couple pairs but my favorite are my Nike shox. I don't know how severe your feet are, but my shox have enough of an arch in them that I don't have to put removeables in when I run. I also have a pair of Asics which also have a slight arch and are very comfortable for running in. 2728 days ago
Oh thank you! That is such a huge compliment. I stuck to 1200 calories a day. I ate 4 times a day. breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack. I basically ate what I wanted because I have a family and could not make myself something different to eat. So I basically did portion control and sp helped me do that. If you have ever heard of Nutri-System, that is exactly what that is as well. For five months though, I did cut out ranch dressing (which I love) and cheese. I did cardio four days a week. I started out power walking for 30 minutes and worked my way up to 60 minutes. I would burn about 600 calories. I went from 3 mph to 4mph and always changed to incline. That really helps your butt and legs. That is about it. I really stuck to logging my food into sp everyday though. Good Luck. If you have any other questions let me know. Thanks for reading my blog and leaving a comment today! I actually have flat feet too! When I buy shoes for running I have to specially order arches for my feet to help my run so I don't develop shin splints "quicker" than other people. I've noticed I don't thud when I run too.
