My name is Nicole. I am a 22 year old Graphic Designer and recent-graduate. I'm round in the 'roll down a hill and I probably could get pretty far' sort of way.

It drives me crazy.

My goal is to lose some friggin' weight. It would be nice to be able to crouch down and actually get back up again. Or sit up without doing the weird rolly-polly squiggle dance. Besides losing weight, I would also like to be stronger in general.

As for my oh-so-sedentary life: I snack, I sit around, and I spend more time on the computer than I do with my loved ones. I often snack because whatever. I'm bored, I'm upset, I'm lonely, I'm bored... I'm bored.

I just recently started my first job in a new city, and am having trouble getting motivated. I work pretty long days (9-10 hours) and by the time I get home I'm tired and feeling lazy, so instead of going out for a walk I sit down and bond with World of Warcraft (a harsh lover, indeed).

I don't really make enough money to afford a gym, nor do I make enough to buy expensive foods. No matter what any health nut says to me, evidence will always say 'Healthy costs more' I would like to find a way to be able to eat healthy without choosing between food and rent, so if anyone has any advice, sling it my way!

So! Round up:

My goal is to reach at least 130 lbs in total. There is no set time limit for this. I'm not in a rush.

By the end of the month I want to accomplish:

1. At least 10 minutes of exercise everyday

2. One 20 minute walk three days a week.

3. Limiting myself to two hours on the computer (i.e. World of Warcraft) on weekdays and nine hours total on weekends (I'm starting slow here, don't judge me)

4. Eat one vegetable or fruit at every meal

5. Take in 1500 calories per day and write down my calorie intake every single day.
