I've struggled with my weight my entire life. In the past, I've been able to loose weight by working out and eating the right foods but this time around I just haven't been able to make the scale budge. I'm now at my highest weight and I'm determined to get rid of the excess pounds.

I want to be fit, healthy and in great shape. I live in NYC and sometimes I feel as though my body just simply can't keep up with my lifestyle. I feel that I'm too young to be struggling with low energy and feeling listless all the time. So I joined Spark and after 2 months I decided if I'm going to do this thing, I'm going to do it right.

So I am making a commitment to myself to be the best person I can be for my health, my life and my peace of mind.

My Goals:
~ Loose 25 pounds
~ Get in shape and be healthy
~ Get a flat tummy
~ Run a 5K
~ Run a half marathon before the end of the year!

My Program:
"If you fail to prepare, prepare to fail" - Benjamin Franklin

~ 64oz of water daily
~ Keep a food and exercise journal daily
~ Lots of fruits and veggies. No fried or junk foods. Lots of healthy options and plenty lean, grilled or baked meats.

Exercise:
- 60 min of cardio (5 days/week)
- 30 min strength training (3 days/week)
- 20 min abs (6 days/week)
