I just wanted to say I love your idea of putting up pictures of your reward as an image of inspiration, rather than the dangerous "thinspiration"...what a great idea! My reward at 145 lbs is a new pair of running shoes, and I think I'll put up a photo on my Sparkpage or in my room. Thanks!
I saw your comment on the food showdown blog. Have you ever seen the "Eat This, Not That" books by Men's Health? They have one about all the fast food and casual restaurants, and it tells you the best picks at each place. I think you'd really enjoy them!
