This time it has to work

I am not doing Weight Watchers anymore. I have nothing against Weight Watchers, it just didn't work that well for me. I am now just doing Sparkpeople and Turbofire.


These are my first 4 weight loss goals:
208 = 5% of my body weight - DONE

199 = onderland - September 17, 2013 (3 days before my 33rd Birthday)
This would be a 20 pound loss.

197 = 10% of my body weight (22 pounds)- October 8, 2013

186.2 = 15% of my body ...

Hi! My name is Sandy Pudoff and I'm trying to figure out if you live in Jax or in Indy? I live south of Jax in Fleming Island which is by Orange Park. I too belonged to WW for about 5 years and it never really worked for me. The leaders even had to agree. The only way I could lose on WW was to take phentermine pills from my doc and then eventually I had a lapband which didn't really work either. The surgeon had me convinced that I was an over eater when actually the opposite is more likely the truth. I work hard to get my minimum calories. I just have a very slow metabolism. I also have hypothyroidism which the surgeon didn't bother to tell me until after he had surgically implanted the lapband! He has since lost his hospital priveliges in the Jax area where his practice is. The closest place he can operate now is Tampa FL. Karma! QWhat have you found that makes your body let go of some of it's extra fat. I see you've lost almost 14 lbs so you must be doing something right. I'll share if you'll share!!! Nice chatting, I'm looking for friends cause I'm new to SP and want to learn all I can. Thanks,
