1. Drink 8 glasses of water every day. 2. Track all foods on a daily basis (3 meals and 3 snacks). 3. Train using the Couch to 5K program three times per week. 4. Lose five pounds a month.
After being a member of Weight Watchers for the past year with limited success, I decided to return to SparkPeople so that I can start to look at my total health instead of just the number on the scale. I have decided to make my program as simple as possible-- eating nutrient rich foods, enjoying sweets in moderation, and using the C25K program three times per week.
