Getting to my goal weight has been an up hill battle in my spirit and soul. I am determined to do the SOULwork necessary to get to my destination weight this year! Honesty Openess Willingness Updated weight loss -8 lbs of 20 lbs from summer! I'm super grateful and proud. I gained almost 20 lbs this summer, time to get serious and get back to God and self care. I'm building my life through God's word. I'm worth the discipline I'm no longer willing to pound on doors God has closed.

My Program:
1. Measure food intake not supercede macronutrients
2. Drink healthyat least 67 ounces h2o daily
3. Complete 90 day workout program by April 30th
4. Pray miracle prayer hour every morning
5. Read entire book



Personal Information:
At age 5, molested three times. Ate to cope with all the oain. At age 13, I weighed 200lbs. At high school graduation I was 300 lbs. I graduated from 2 colleges, earning my masters by age 26. But, I wasn't smart enough or strong enough to lose the weight. I had to call on Jesus to guide me over the mountains and He moved them for me, today I got the victory and I continue to climb and pray.


Other Information:
I belong to a support groups. And I have had to go outside myself and family to get the support I needed and still need and I am grateful those people.
Spark is great but live interaction is what I need.
I've been on spark since the summer of 2008.
