Just for today
Just for today, I'm going to make healthy choices in my life. I'll worry about tomorrow when it becomes today. I can do ANYTHING "just for today." I believe that my history is NOT my destiny. At any given moment I have the power to say this it not how the story is going to end. I reached my Spark goal in 2011, losing 75 lb. via good nutrition, cardio & strength. In 2012 I did two long distance backpacking trips totaling 120 miles and completed my first half marathon! Onward 2013!!

My Program:
1) Use nutrition tracker daily, adding fiber, calcium & sodium tracking, and stay within recommended goals for maintenance. 2) Minimum of 30 cardio minutes, six days/wk 3) Strength training for a minimum 30 min. 2x/wk 4) Use my Spark friend network to support my goals. 5) Maintain my weight at plus/minus 5 pounds of goal.
