Just for today

Just for today, I'm going to make healthy choices in my life. I'll worry about tomorrow when it becomes today. I can do ANYTHING "just for today." I believe that my history is NOT my destiny. At any given moment I have the power to say this it not how the story is going to end.

I reached my Spark goal in 2011, losing 75 lb. via good nutrition, cardio & strength. In 2012 I did two long distance backpacking trips totaling 120 miles and completed my first half marathon! Onward 2013!!

My Program:
1) Use nutrition tracker daily, adding fiber, calcium & sodium tracking, and stay within recommended goals for maintenance.

2) Minimum of 30 cardio minutes, six days/wk

3) Strength training for a minimum 30 min. 2x/wk

4) Use my Spark friend network to support my goals.

5) Maintain my weight at plus/minus 5 pounds of goal.

I'm a married New Englander living in Maryland who telecommutes full-time.

Hi Mimi! Long time no see.....my fault! I joined about when you did, but later quit. Re-joined about a month ago, and still finding my way back around. Typed you in on 'search' and found ya! AWESOME that you've done so well and met your goals! And no wonder you are a Motivator....you always were. I can't even remember what my nic used to be....I now have one of my pets names, Franki. (he's over the Rainbow Bridge now) but I'm Sandi. Used to live in Wa. State but we've retired and moved back to Az. (up at altitude, so we have the Seasons) Added you as a friend, would be honored if you did same. I see you have WAY more friends than when we first joined LOL. GOOD JOB, GF!! (((Hugs)))
