This is me about 2 years ago. My first mini-goal is to look like this again. The difference is in my face and arms especially.

-I do look good in pictures.

My Goals:
I want to lose as much of the 38 pounds I need to lose as possible before my sister's wedding (end of June 2007).

I want to be healthier, more positive regarding self-image, and more athletic.

My Program:
-Drink at least 8 cups of water daily
-Become a "regular" at the gym
-Keep track of what I eat

Thank you for stopping by. And you are right about the weather. I am only a couple hours from Omaha, so I know what you mean about your trip to Nebraska and the beautiful flowers with their heads hanging down.

Thank you for leaving comments on my blog page. I know what you mean about remaining consistent with positvie thoughts. It is a struggle for me too. For the longest time I was always negative about myself and would never have positive thoughts at all about me. I have been working on that for some time now. I started out by making a list of positive things about myself and then started reading that list out loud to myself everyday. And then every time I would have negative thoughts I would read the list again. It has taken time, but I am really starting to believe the positive things now. I have learned too that concentrating on getting healthy rather than losing weight helps me a lot. I work on getting healthy and the weight will come off. Good luck to you! I know you can do it!

My office space is guetting better and clearer finally.
Hopefully I won't start finding excuses later when the motivation will fall like it always do.
