My BMI is now down to average, yippie! I want to find a good range to maintain in, and I'm exploring that area.
My Program:
I have kept up with the water, and don't see that changing. Exercise in many ways, and watch my portions.
Other Information:
When I was a kid I loved Rainbow Brite, Fraggle Rock, and David the Gnome.
