185lbs gone Collage
I used to weight 360lbs back in November of 2007. My lowest weight got to 160lbs January of 2013.
Due to medication in spring, tearing a tendon in May (that as of Oct/13 is still not healed), and just slipping into some old habits I put 25lbs back on.
As of this morning, October 15 2013 I was 188.8lbs. A far cry from the 360lbs I once was, but not the 160 I had got down to.
My ultimate goal is around 140 - 150lbs.
I have fiddled and faffed about with my diet and I have come to realize that to be honest with myself counting macro/micro nutrients, counting calories in and out, tracking and being accountable work best for me vs winging it even when I do know my portion sizes.
So back to Sparkpeople it is.
Currently to heal from my recent surgery, eat well, and make my transition into raw food.
To join a gym that has good weight and resistance equipment.
To get back to 5 to 6 days a week workouts and tracking everything ,
Eating a clean cruelty and cholesterol free diet - plant based eating, aka veganism.

Hey! Lol don't feel bad about the fruitcake! I gained about 10 lbs over the holidays as well. I'm starting over too :) and hey, at least we didn't eat corpses!
