Thanks so much for the comment on my wt. loss. I am working harder to achieve my goal now and it is finally starting to pay off. It is with--- daily tracking and exercise 5x a week. On the other two days, I do some type of activity to keep moving. Could be grocery shop, housework, yard work, watching my grandkids, etc. I need to FOCUS and stay DETERMINED. Well guess who is back. I have been gone a long time simply because I didn't have a computer. I won't spend as much time here as I once did, because my Sweet Hubby had to go to a Health care Center. He has improved greatly with his diabetes, but has no mobility. I go daily for several hours to visit him. I have missed my Friends on Spark People and Face Book.
